We are The 302 Movement, Inc. and our organization was founded in October 2019. We're an organization whose goal is to help the less fortunate members of our Dover, DE community.  This includes helping the elderly, unemployed, underemployed, poor, migrants and homeless – women, men and children.  The 302 Movement provides meals at no cost to our guests and it is sustained by committed and compassionate volunteers and, by the generous contributions of donors.

Our MISSION is simple: to feed people in need regardless of their circumstances. To empower those in need by giving them a helping hand-up, not just a hand-out! Our Base Mission is ever expanding, and we encourage people to not only volunteer contributions but also time.

Our VISION is to assure that no one goes hungry, that no food is wasted in our community and no one is denied the opportunity or assistance to become self sufficient.

 

We’re an enthusiastic group of people who come from all walks of life, with different backgrounds & professions and hopeful dreams for the future. We come together because we want to create positive change in the community and meet new people in the process…and have fun doing it!
